H1N1 Preparedness Plan

In an effort to prevent the spread of H1N1 Influenza throughout our workplace, Ace Endico has taken measures to avoid a companywide outbreak.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT/INSIDE STAFF
•     We have strongly urged all of our employees to become inoculated when the vaccine becomes available
•     Our Customer Support and inside staff has all been given Antibacterial Hand Sanitizer to keep on their desks
•     We have provided our inside staff with Lysol Disinfectant and have instructed them to spray their workstations at the end of each shift.
•     In the event of an outbreak in our Customer Support department, orders can be taken via Efoods and Laptop from remote locations.

DRIVERS/WAREHOUSE STAFF
•     All of our driving and warehouse staff members are being strongly urged to become inoculated with the available vaccines.
•     We are in the process of providing all of our trucks with Antibacterial Hand Sanitizer to avoid the spread of germs.
•     In the event of an outbreak among our driving staff, we have back-up staff members who hold valid CDL Licenses and can make deliveries as needed.
All Ace Endico Management and Sales team members are crossed trained in various departments and can provide back-up as needed.
Additionally, we have an existing relationship with a Temp Agency who would be able to provide us with temporary staffing in the event of a major outbreak.
