Our CDL Delivery Drivers are the face of our company on the road and at customer locations. If you take pride in safe driving, strong customer relationships, and hands-on work, this role delivers consistency, responsibility, and purpose every day.

Our drivers play a critical role in delivering quality products to our customers safely and on time. From pre-trip inspections to the final delivery, safety, compliance, and customer service are at the core of everything we do.
You’ll operate well-maintained equipment, follow DOT regulations, and work for a team that values professionalism, accountability, and respect on and off the road.
Your Day Behind The Wheel
As a driver, you represent our company at every customer’s location – delivering not just our products, but accuracy, professionalism, and reliability to customers throughout the Tri-State area.
Review driver manifests and perform pre-trip inspections, including truck body temperature and vehicle safety checks.
Deliver customer orders on time while maintaining scheduled delivery windows.
Use Proof of Delivery (POD) scanner to record arrival and departure times at customer locations.
Safely unload products using liftgates, electric pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
Place products in designated customer storage areas.
Perform post-trip inspections, reconcile paperwork, and complete all vehicle and safety reports.
Collect payments (cash or checks) when required and comply with all standards on return.
Represent Ace Endico on the road through safe driving, professionalism, kindness and respect for the communities we serve.
Schedules That Always Keep You Moving!
Our routes are designed to get you home every night.
- Set 5-day schedule with guaranteed Sundays off
- Start time between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM until route completion
- The average scheduled shifts are 8+ hours
- Overtime available based on operational needs
Pay that works as hard as you do!
Earn up to six figures annually!
- Starting pay is $27.00 per hour plus overtime, increasing to $28.00 per hour after the first year and $29.00 per hour at the start of the second year.
- Yearly performance reviews give you the chance for growth opportunities
- Safety bonuses for doing the job the right way, every day! Earn up to $2,500 per year
- Driver Referral Bonus up to $1000

What it takes to drive with us:
This is a hands-on, physically active role designed for professional drivers who value safety, reliability, and staying active throughout the workday.
Requirements & Physical Expectations:
Valid CDL Class A or B license required (select non-CDL opportunities may also be available)
Clean driving record and commitment to DOT and company safety standards
Frequently lift, push, or move items up to 75 lbs unassisted
Safely use electric pallet jack, lift gate, and hand truck for the heavier items
Navigate steps, docks, ramps, and all necessary and various delivery environments
Work in all weather conditions – from extreme cold to high heat
