Chef Jerry Daniele attended Grossmont College in San Diego where he finely tuned his skills in the culinary arts. Before joining the staff at Ace Endico, Daniele worked as a personal chef for Major League Baseball Player Steve Finley of the San Diego Padres. At Ace Endico Daniele serves as a product specialist because of his knowledge for our vast lines of foods. He educates customers on cooking processes, the importance of using quality ingredients, and how to incorporate specialty items into new and existing menus.

Chef Christopher Devine attended the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He has over 30 years of experience in culinary management with private clubs and corporate environments. Prior to his life at Ace Endico, Devine spent 12 years in the position of Executive Chef and General Manager at Trump Tower, and managed all events and catering services. Devine also opened and operated six restaurant divisions for the Trump Organization, including Trump Grill, Trump Café, Trump Bar, Trump Store, and Trump Ice Cream Parlor.

Chef Michael DeGeorgio attended the Culinary Institute of America in New York, where he earned the Waldorf Astoria Award by graduating as the top student in his class. Before joining Ace Endico DeGeorgio worked for 20 years as an Executive Chef at Il Cortile, a Five-Star restaurant in Manhattan. As an expert in Italian cuisine, DeGeorgio works with Italian specialty imports to enhance our customers’ menus and further educate about traditional Italian cooking.

Robert Mazza attended Manhattan College where he studied Accounting and Marketing. Prior to joining the Ace Endico team, he worked for 20 years in the soft drink sector for Pepsi and Nestle, and an additional 20 years in the specialty water sector for Evian, Saratoga Water, and SPA Water of Belgium. Mazza joined Ace Endico in 2019 as the brand manager for San Benedetto waters, an imported Italian mineral water line. Using his experience with large sales campaigns and brand development, he now manages sales and distribution of beverages at Ace Endico.

Born in Bari, Italy, Mariano Caputo moved to the US in 2000, where he grew up working in his family’s Italian restaurants. He eventually opened a few pizzerias of his own, starting in Florida and then moving to New Jersey where he became a customer of Ace Endico. When Mariano was ready to sell his final restaurant, he joined the Ace family, bringing his experience with him. Mariano uses his knowledge of the Italian palate to assist with the import of Italian specialty products, educate the sales team, research potential new items, and maintain a relationship with overseas vendors.

Chef Matthew Fortuna attended Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, where he gained an in-depth knowledge of all disciplines of the pastry arts. He went on to obtain experience with a variety of corporate catering clients such as LinkedIn and General Electric, as well as working his way up in the field and honing his knowledge of ingredients and techniques at Maison Kayser. In March 2022 Matthew joined the Ace Endico Team as Pastry Specialist, as which he will be to go-to resource for all pastry related products and inquiries.
