With a full-service custom cutting program led by a team of seafood specialists, we can filet and portion fish to any specification in our HACCP-approved seafood cutting room.

Your order is cut from whole fish the same day and delivered in our climate-controlled trucks the following day. Our highly stable inventory control allows for quick turnover, ensuring you always receive the freshest product.

As part of the seafood program, our corporate chefs provide menu planning assistance, working with customers to select the perfect product and cut for a recipe.
